So, I don't have a lot to say about E3, and Green Lantern's much more relevant this week, but I want to talk about it a little. So without further ado, here's my E3 rundown.
Konami - Transfarring's brilliant, horrible name, but brilliant. New Contra, yes please. The hell is with HD Silent Hill Compilation being PS3 exclusive...both games came out on Xbox.
Microsoft - Um...Halo 4? Yeah, not much to say here. Still don't give a shit about Kinect, even having played it a great deal over the last seven months.

Sony - Good work on the apology guy...the Vita doesn't interest me in the slightest yet, but you've got a few good games on the way.
EA - I watched for Bioware, and while I'm still pumped for Mass Effect 3 and The Old Republic...well...you didn't give me anything new.
Nintendo - Hells to the fucking yeah...Zelda 25th, Wii U (another horrible name, but great concept), Kid Icarus, Super Mario 3D...only thing I see missing is some decent 3rd Party support...oh wait...Assassin's Creed? Aliens: Colonial Marines? Darksiders 2? Nevermind.
Ubisoft - Guys...Mr. Caffeine needs to shot out of his dollar bill snort pipe. Revelations looks awesome though.
Press Conferences out of the way, I didn't really see anything on the floor I just adored...have to wait for BlizzCon for anything from Activision...but we'll see if they can do anything besides CoD.
So...on to Green Lantern...
Let me put this bluntly...I'm not a Lantern fan...I follow him occasionally, especially since he's been majorly affecting the DC Universe in a big way lately...I actually like the idea of the Emerald Twilight Storyline, though not it's execution, and I definitely think that they failed at making a worth film of the DC Studios.
That said...it wasn't a bad film...it was just a squandered potential. In a film, you have to focus on the main themes...the movie was all over the place though. A fallen Guardian is a common theme, so that was good, but calling him Parallax was dumb. Yellow Energy being the weapon of choice was good, but Sinestro getting his hands on it this early wasn't anywhere near intelligent. Special effects that don't work at all were dumb, and I'm getting tired of seeing them used when the real thing would be cheaper and look loads better.
The worst thing was the "stars" of the film, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, but I actually really enjoyed the rest of the cast...though...what the hell was with Angela Bassett's character? I think we're gonna see a Director's Cut similar to Daredevil's and Elektra's here in a few years that people are gonna wonder...why the FUCK didn't we get this movie...but we shall see.

Finally...this movie wasn't the worst thing since Transformers 2...not even close, and I'm sick of hearing that...it was a decent movie that had a few glaring flaws that could be tweaked just a little to make it a really good film. All in all, it reminds me of the early Marvel Films, everything pre-Iron Man...eh, but not great (with the exception of Spiderman 2 of course)...maybe we'll see better next time...if there is one.
