First real post...and, wow, has it been a few months...

So, yeah, this semester was rough...I know that I say that a lot...but with a new job, and actually being the one supporting my family as opposed to the slacker who does enough to get by, yeah, it's been a bit rough.  To top that off, where I was posting (love ya' to death, Screw Attack, but seriously, if any of you all read this, take heed) really sucks now.

Anyway, more on topic...semester, bad.  Ok, not really, just rough.

To start off with, let me lay out my regularly scheduled week.

Sunday - Work:  usually 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Monday - Work:  usually 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Group: 6:00 pm until we got finished
Tuesday - Class:  8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Wednesday - Work:  8:00 am to 11:00 pm
Thursday - Class:  8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday - Work:  8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday - Group:  6:00 pm until finished

Totals:  Work:  35+ hours; Class:  24 hours; Group:  12 hours

Oh, and that's a light week...

So yeah, not a lot of down time there.  I'm averaging about five hours of sleep and have been running myself ragged, but hey, I love it...otherwise, I really wouldn't do it, would I?  Did pretty awesome this semester, in all three.  One group is doing really well and the other will be soon.  Work's fine...actually, better, as I'm getting a promotion (to keep track, this is the second in the six months since I started;  I am THAT good when I work at something).  Classes went fine...four perfect 4.0 classes...two mediocre ones.

Fortunately, as I move in to my final semester as a student, and you know, not as a teacher, I'm taking all freshman level classes (Intro to Theatre, World Civs 1 and 2, and Fundamentals of Math).  These are all great classes for me.  First off, I actually work at one of the theaters on campus, so everything we talk about in that class, I'm actually going to know how to do.  World Civilizations will be fine, as I really enjoy discussion on civs as a rule.  As for math...I don't love or hate math...it's just there.  I can do it just fine, but what I can do just fine is Cal 3...this is one step above learning to count, and below algebra.  So when I say I'm gonna have an easier semester, I really hope that I do.

Ok, so let's ease up on the full on ramble.  How is everyone?  Is anyone still out there?  Hello... hello... hello... hello... Echo... echo... echo... echo...  Hmmmm....we'll see I guess.  If anyone is still around...wanna hear from you.  How have the last three months gone for you?  What are you planning to do over the holidays?  Is there anything you wanna know about the semester?  Let me know in the comments section...and yeah, I promise that there will be a new post here every day until I go back to classes in mid-January for sure.

Laters,

Sara
